Each garment is carefully, and resourcefully crafted by hand using a combination of fabrics that makes each one truly unique. Many are one of a kind that have made their way into my fabric store. Mass production isn’t an option when using very limited quantity fabrics, the beauty of this approach means everything we do is both cherished and unique. ‘One-off’ and ‘small batch’ are not just trendy tag-lines but pillars of how I approach my work.
In my continual drive to grow my business in a planet friendly way, I aim to make the majority of what I produce, to order, and available directly online. Importantly this also means I can offer a fairer price for my customers, without costly retail mark up. I am always happy to chat about your special requirements - I can easily accommodate smaller waist sizes if required, or different colour ways than those offered in my shop.
I can also incorporate your own fabrics into the pockets of garments - maybe you have a well loved but damaged piece of clothing, or another special piece of fabric you’d love to see worn by your child? And the beauty of the design is that I only need a 30X30 cm square (or other similar size) to use. This can be especially powerful where I can help you re-purpose and reimagine a perhaps damaged, but very much loved piece of clothing, into something beautiful and unique. This is clothing to be treasured.
