Make a Hand Stitched Patchwork Sampler Workshop

Join me for a creative afternoon of slow hand stitching on Saturday 7th October 1-5pm.

At Introduced, 5 Kings Road, St Leonards On Sea, East Sussex.

During this workshop I will guide you through a creative approach to patchwork and quilting to produce your own small piece of quilt art. Ready to frame, or stitch onto something else like a cushion or a jacket.

Depending on your skill level and choice of final design, you will choose between a freeform style or more structured method of patchwork. All sewing will be by hand.

No experience necessary, but some experience of basic hand sewing is useful.

I have a wonderful collection of linens and cottons that you will be free to use during the workshop. If you have fabrics you would like to use, then please bring them along.

Needles, threads and natural wadding will also be provided. There will be limited pairs of fabric scissors, so if you have your own, please bring them along.

Drinks and sweet treats will be on hand to keep you sewing happily (please let me know of any allergies beforehand).

6 people maximum so you will have plenty of space and time with me during the session.
